Parades and Processions
Any organization requesting a parade involving the closing of a PennDot highway and/or Borough Street should contact the Honesdale Borough Streets Committee Chair and the Honesdale Borough Police Chief prior to submitting the application.

The organization will need to complete the following THREE DOCUMENTS for the event two months prior to the proposed event:
- An application for Parade and/or Procession submitted to the the Borough Council.
- An insurance certificate listing the Borough as additional insured on the organization’s policy.
- A completed PennDot form #TE-300 which can be obtained at www.dot.state.pa.us Click on Forms, Publications and Maps at the top of the page. Then click on FORMS, PUBLICATIONS & MAPS – A listing of electronically available items. On page 54 of the forms, you need TE-300 for Special Events.
