Open Records Request Forms are available at the Service Counter of Borough Hall or may be downloaded from the link below.  All requests must be addressed to the Agency Open Records Officer.  In addition, Honesdale Borough’s policy and procedures can be access from the link below.

Alarm Registration / Chapter 57 of the Code of the Borough of Honesdale

Reference: Alarm Ordinance

RESIDENTS/BUSINESSES: Any resident or business who has an new/active alarm system must complete a registration form and pay the annual registration fee of $100.00. The form and fee can be mailed or handed in to Borough Hall at 958 Main Street Honesdale PA 18431.
