Honesdale Borough receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as an entitlement community.

2. FY2024  $80,619 paving portion of Westside Avenue (High Street through the intersection of 15th Street). 
3. FY2023   Forest Street repairs

2. FY2021 $80,769.00 – Paving of Watts Hill (partial)

4. FY2020-$79,725.00 -Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons for multiple locations (7)
