The People’s Playground Project: Building a Space for Everyone
Honesdale Borough is working in partnership with the People’s Playground Project to build an inclusive playground to meet the needs of all residents!
Council has formally accepted the Central Park Playground Plan as a guiding document and looks forward to continuing its partnership with the WCCF and PPP. At this time Phase 1 of the project has been initiated, and swings have been ordered and should be installed in Central Park by the end of the Summer or early Fall of 2026.
