The Fred R. Miller Pavilion located at 640 Main Street, Honesdale, is utilized by many individuals and organizations.
Honesdale Borough Council approves each request application at its monthly meeting. The request application must be received in the Borough Office one week prior to the regular monthly Council meeting.
