Notice of Deadlines for Public Meeting Agendas
Honesdale Borough Council would like to remind everyone of the deadline associated with submitting agenda item requests for public meetings.
Council requires that requests be received one week prior to a regularly scheduled meeting. This deadline will be strictly adhered to.
Please submit agenda item requests/correspondence to the Borough Secretary. The following information is required to be included:
1. All requests/correspondence must be in writing.
2. All requests/correspondence must be submitted one week in advance of the regular monthly meeting.
3. Any requests/correspondence received after the deadline will not be reviewed until the next regularly scheduled Council meeting.
4. Any requests involving a Borough park will require the completion of a Park Use Request Form.
