Fall Leaf Collection Program

Leaf Collections will take place on Mondays on an alternating Gold Route and Green Route every other week until snowfall.

Route A-Gold

Territory Streets include the following:
Dein, Wood, Clark, Maple, West Park, Park, Hillcrest, Overlook, Hillside, Westside, West, Rock, Green Acres, High, Dyberry Place, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, N. Main, East, Watts Hill, Fair, Parkway, Elm Place, Woodin, Stanton, Warren, Bunnell Pond, Johnson Lane, Beechnut, Gibbons Park, Louie, Cliff, Riverside, Cottage, Castle, Irving, Golden, Washington, Pearl, Lincoln, Willow, Freethy Pond, Tracy, Young, Brown, Korb, Fern, Tryon, Sunrise, Elizabeth, Grandview, Old Willow, Erie, Sunrise, Corey and 4th.

Route B-Green

Territory Streets include the following:
5^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, 12^th, Court, Church, West 11^th, Ridge, Olive, Carroll, Vine, Russell, Ash, Broad, Prospect, Stone, Union, Gravity, Moran, Forest, Beechnut, Maplewood, Crestmont, Terrace, Grove, Green, Arbor, Vine, Cherry, Linwood, Ray, Grove, Wayne, Holiday, Summit, and Terrace Heights.

COLLECTION SCHEDULE

Please have your leaves prepared for collection on the scheduled Monday for your route.

Leaf Collection Program Guidelines:

The following conditions apply to the Leaf Collection Program:

1. Approved Bags and Containers: Leaves must be placed in paper bags or rigid containers no larger than 32 gallons and weighing no more than 30 pounds. Biodegradable bags and reusable containers are acceptable.
2. Container Labeling: All containers must be labeled “Yard Debris.”
3. Grass Clippings: Grass clippings may be placed in containers that also contain leaves.
4. Prohibited Materials: Heavy materials, including rocks, dirt, animal waste, sod, cinders, and similar materials, will not be collected.
5. Loose Leaves in Streets: Loose leaves must not be placed in the street, as they may clog the stormwater system and create hazardous conditions for drivers and pedestrians.
6. Street Clearance: Streets must be kept clear and unobstructed. Piles of leaves must not be placed in the street.
