NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Honesdale Borough Uniform Construction Code Board shall hold the Hearing in the below referenced matter on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at Honesdale Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania 18431.
- The appeal of Leonard Schwartz challenging the Borough’s Notice of Violation. Specifically, Mr. Schwartz asserts in his appeal that “[t]he alleged violation is incorrect.No electrical outlets were ever under water. The Violation is improper.”
A copy of said Application(s) is available at the Honesdale Borough Hall for public review and inspection during normal business hours.
