The Honesdale Borough Council will conduct a special meeting on June 14, 2024, at 4 PM, in Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, PA. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss whether Honesdale Borough Council would like to participate in the PA DCED Strategic Management Planning Program (STMP). The STMP program provides matching grant funds to assist municipalities experiencing fiscal difficulties to develop comprehensive multi-year financial plans and establish short- and long-term financial objectives; pay invoices; and anything else that may be placed upon the agenda.
