The Borough of Honesdale Borough Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on November 12, 2024, to review proposed Zoning Amendments providing for and regulating the keeping of animals, cemeteries, lighting, and minor building improvements. A copy of the full text of the ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Borough Secretary and may also be viewed and downloaded at honesdaleborough.com. It is also available at Borough Hall and the Wayne County Law Library. The public hearing will take place at Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale PA 18431 and will be followed by a Council meeting to take place at 6:30 PM on November 12, 2024, to adopt the proposed Zoning Amendments.
