The Borough of Honesdale Borough Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM on Monday, June 23, 2025, to review proposed Zoning Amendments providing for multi-family housing development in additional areas of the Borough. A copy of the full text of the ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Borough Secretary and may also be viewed below. The public hearing will take place at City Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale PA 18431 and will be followed by a Council meeting to take place at 6:00 PM on Monday, June 23, 2025 to adopt the proposed Zoning Amendments.
